You learn to experience your thoughts and actions more consciously and how not to be influenced by unconscious thought patterns and behavior patterns to be able to cherish the moment more and develop a more positive mindset on how you perceive yourself and life in general. This project tries to give mindfulness a form and also serves as a tool or impulse for mindful thinking. Thoughts, feelings, consciousness and mindfullnes are expressed through colours, gradients and forms.
